Lease of Slope Mowers - Lease Agreement

The subject of the performance of the public order is the new construction and reconstruction of land communications, the new construction of the pump track and the implementation of outdoor lighting. The Subject of Fulfillment of the Public Contract Consists of Two Parts, where the First Part Includes the Preparation of the Territory, Implementation of the Pump Track, Grassing, Drainage, Paved Areas, Implementation of the Pergola, Delivery and Installation of Furniture, Implementation of the Retaining Wall and Lighting. The Bid Price For This Part Will Be Listed In Annex No. 2a - Work Contract - Pumptrack. In the Project Documentation, it is the Folder "1.pumptrack, Lighting". For the above-mentioned part of the performance, the provision of financial resources will be requested from the National Sports Agency. The second part of the implementation includes the implementation of communication and traffic connections - the construction of connecting communication and parking for the background of the pump track. The Bid Price For This Part Will Be Listed In Appendix No. 2b – Contract For Work – Communication. In the Project Documentation, it is the "2nd communication and transport connection" folder. More detailed information on the subject of performance of the public order is given in Appendix No. 1 – Project Documentation, including Measurement Statements. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts And The Participant Submits An Offer For The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of Performance. As a result of the Subsidy Request, 2 Work Contracts Forming Annex No. 2a and 2b of this Call will be concluded with the Selected Supplier.

The subject of the Public Contract is the Continuous Delivery of Laboratory Furniture to Laboratory Premises (hereinafter also referred to as "goods"), in which Reconstruction took place in 2024. The specification of laboratory furniture is listed in the appendix and is based on deliveries of laboratory furniture made in previous years. Newly Renovated Spaces Are Ready To Focus And New Laboratory Furniture Can Be Installed In Them. A preliminary delivery and installation schedule will be agreed upon with the selected supplier after the conclusion of the contract.
