The Subject of the Public Contract is the Construction Work Consisting of the Implementation of the Composting Plant. The Subject of the Public Contract is the Complete, Functional and Flawless Execution of All Construction and Assembly Works and Structures, Including the Supply of Necessary Materials and Equipment, and the Provision of All Activities Related to the Supply of Construction Works and Assembly of Structures, the Performance of Which Is Necessary for the Proper Completion of the Work. The Work Includes All Deliveries Specified in the Project Documentation. In addition to the Actual Execution of the Construction Works, the Subject of the Contract (Works) Also Includes Other Activities Specified in the Draft Contract for the Work, Which Is an Annex to the Tender Documentation. The Public Contract Also Includes All Other Services, Deliveries and Construction Works Related to the Subject of the Public Contract Defined by This Tender Documentation. All the Construction Works Mentioned Above Will Be Carried Out In Scope, Details And In Accordance With The Project Documentation Entitled "Composting Plant Moravec", Which Was Prepared By Ing. Pavel Šedivý, Ant. Dvořáka 89, 675 71 Náměšť Nad Oslavou, Authorized Engineer For Building Constructions Čkait 1002631. The Construction Works Will Also Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Itemized Budget (Statement of Measurements), Which, Like The Project Documentation, Is A Part Of This Tender Documentation. The Itemized Budget Is Annex 5 To This Tender Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check That All Formulas Are Working And That All Items Have Been Filled In And Valued And The Correct Total Has Been Arrived At.
