The subject of the Public Contract is the Supply of Technology Including Construction Works According to Annex No. 1 - Specification of the Subject of Public Procurement. A more detailed specification of the subject of public procurement is contained in Appendix No. 1 of this Procurement Documentation (annex No. 1: Specification of the Subject of Public Contract Performance).

The subject of the contract is: Cnc lathe according to the parameters listed in the technical specification. The Subject of Fulfillment Must Meet the Minimum Requirements According to the Technical Specifications Listed in Appendix No. 2 – Technical Parameters. Implementation of the Order Includes All Costs Related to Installation, Transport and Commissioning. The order is not divided into parts. The Participant shall attach to the Offer a Technical Description, which is the subject of the Offer, so that it is possible to verify whether the Subject of Fulfillment offered by him meets the Technical Parameters and Accessories. The Technical Parameters Listed in Appendix No. 2 of this Call are Minimum Parameters, Resp. Maximum Or Required (with Min. – Minimum Required Parameter Value, Max. – Maximum Allowable Parameter Value, Yes – Required Value Or Function). This information will be used by the contracting authority to check compliance with the required technical parameters of the offer and the subsequent implementation of the public order. All Listed Documents Will Be Submitted In Plain Copy. The technical parameters must be met at least within the specified range (i.e. the equipment must be the subject of the offer that at least meets this parameter or equipment with better parameters). Failure to meet even one technical parameter will be considered a failure to meet the conditions set by the contracting authority, and such an offer will be excluded from the selection process. The Contracting Authority declares that it will enable the use of other, qualitatively and technically similar solutions for the fulfillment of the contract, if they meet the required standards and correspond to the specified parameters.
