Details: The Purpose Of The System; System Organisation The Dynamic Purchasing System That Will Be Entered Into Is Broad And Is Intended To Be Used For Spatial Planning, Administration And Management, Design And Regulation, Control, And Preparation Of Tender Documents. Fredrikstad Municipality Excludes Extremely Complex And Demanding Assignments From The Dps, For Example, Comprehensive, Advanced And Complex Engineering Design Assignments Or Assignments Requiring Expertise In Special Competence Areas. By Using The Dps For Holding Tender Contests, Fredrikstad Municipality Will Also See Which Companies Are Included In The System, And The Extent To Which These Can Be Expected To Have The Necessary Competence. Contracts For Construction Manager Assignments, Less Complex Engineering Design Assignments Will Be Announced Within The Dps.
