Details: Va Northern Indiana Healthcare System Marion Campus Project: 610-22-214 Correct Water Intrusion, Building 8 Scope Of Work: The Contractor Will Provide All Labor, Equipment, Materials, And Supervision Necessary To Install Waterproof Coving Around Building 8. This Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To, Excavating, Backfilling, Repairing/replacing Roads, Sidewalks, Drainage, Landscaping, And Pavement Markings. The Building 8 Water Intrusion Correction Shall Accommodate The Following Functions Based On The Guides, Manuals, And Planning Criteria. Waterproofing The Existing Building 8 Foundation Installation Of Drain Tile Around The Perimeter Of Building 8. Install Storm Sewer Catch Basin And Tie Into Existing Storm Sewer System Repave Parking Lot Provide Dehumidification Controls B. Special Items To Consider For This Project: 1. Field Research Of Conditions Of Utility Systems Located Under The Area Of Road Work All Work Is To Be Completed At The Va Northern Indiana Health Care Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th Street, Marion, In 46953. All Work Associated With This Project Shall Be In Compliance With All Va Regulations Concerning Safety, Infection Control Requirements, Interim Life Safety Measure Requirements, Parking, Personnel Access, And Proper Removal/safe Disposal Of Construction Waste And Debris As Listed In The Specifications And Drawings. The Contractor Shall Abide By All Icra Requirements That Are Put Into Place By The Va Infection Prevention Team. The Cor Shall Provide Requirements And Forms To The Contractor. C. All Work Will Be Performed In Accordance With Icra, But It Will Be The Contractor's Responsibility To Keep The Construction Areas Clean And Not Damage The Existing Equipment.
