Scope Of Works : Furnishing Of Materials, Labor And Equipment In The Construction Of Mini Warehouse Building With A Total Floor Area Of 300.00sq.m. Located At Municipal Site, Anahawon, Maramag, Bukidnon Funded Under Trust Fund: Agri Pinoy Rice Program/proceed Of Rice Seeds (fy 2023). Project Location : Municipal Site, Anahawon, Maramag, Bukidnon Project Duration : 120 Calendar Days Approved Budget For The Contract: Php 2,499,748.78 Minimum Equipment Required : 1-unit Bagger Mixer Owned Handtools Build And Transfer Scheme Terms And Conditions: 1) Build And Transfer Scheme - A Contractual Arrangement Whereby A Contractor Undertakes The Construction, Including Financing Of A Given Infrastructure Facility, And Its Turn Over After Completion To The Government Agency Or Local Government Unit Concerned Which Shall Pay The Contractor Its Total Investment Expended On The Project, Plus A Reasonable Rate Of Return Thereon. This Arrangement May Be Employed In The Construction Of Any Infrastructure Project Including Critical Facilities Which, For Security Or Strategic Reasons, Must Be Operated Directly By The Government. 2) The Contractor Must Adopt And Implement The Construction Of The Project In Accordance With The Approved Plans, Program Of Works And Technical Specifications Prepared By The Local Government Unit. 3) Fifteen Percent (15%) Advance Payment To This Scheme Is Not Applicable. 4) Progress Payment For Project Accomplishment Is Not Applicable. 5) Change/ Variation Orders And Extra Works Is Still Applicable In This Scheme In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ra 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations. 6) First And Final Payment Will Be Paid Only Due To The Contractor Upon Its Turn-over After The Project Completion And Acceptance By The Local Government Unit. Prospective Bidder/ Contractors Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract With License Category As “small B” Contractor, Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, And Have Key Personnel And Owned Equipment (listed Above Is The Minimum Requirement) Available For The Prosecution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use The Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria In The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post-qualifications And Bid Evaluation To The Lowest Calculated Bid.
