Description: Contract notice – Sector Directive, Standard regulation Open procedure (construction work) New construction of the Eü Benzengrundweg, ramp structure west & retaining walls west (ve3304) in the Pfa South 1 for the infrastructure project Regionaltangente West (rtw). The subject of this contract is construction work for a railway overpass, a trough structure and retaining walls. The Benzengrundweg structure carries the new RTW line parallel to the DB AG tracks over the Benzengrundweg. The line is single-track in the area of the structure. Part of this award unit is the western section of the stadium intersection structure, consisting of the new western ramp structure and western retaining walls (trough structure and retaining walls in in-situ concrete) and the EÜ Benzengrundweg in the planning approval section (PFA) South1. The Rtw. new EÜ Benzengrundweg, western ramp structure & western retaining walls (VE3304) in PFA South 1 for the Regionaltangente West (RTW) infrastructure project. The Regionaltangente West (RTW) is a new tangential rail connection in the Rhine-Main area to improve local public rail transport in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. Its primary purpose is to better connect the western districts of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding districts, towns and communities with one another and to improve the connection to Frankfurt Airport. The project is divided into the planning approval sections PFA North, PFA Center and PFA South I and South II. The planning approval decision for South 1 has been issued and must be observed during construction. The subject of this tender is the following services: The implementation of the measures includes the construction of railway overpasses in reinforced concrete (eü Benzengrundweg and ramp structure west), as well as a retaining wall in reinforced concrete construction (retaining wall west) and takes place in the direct area of influence of the railway facilities of DB Infrago AG. The measures in question include both the construction of the civil engineering structures and all the necessary preparatory construction work (e.g. ordnance surveys, construction of working levels and ramps, installations, overhead line work, etc.). Due to the existing topography, the existing structures of DB Infrago AG and the existing critical line infrastructure, the construction of the secant bored pile wall in the area near the embankment and tracks requires the use of a track foundation train, which has been reserved in advance by the company.
