The City Of St. John's Is Seeking Professional Engineering And Architectural Services For The Design And Construction Of A New Fire Station Located In Gould’s, Newfoundland And Labrador. The New Station Will Service Gould’s And The Surrounding Areas And Will Replace The Existing Volunteer Fire Station. It Will Include 3 Drive-through Service Bays, Apparatus Bay Floor, Kitchen, Training And Sleeping Quarters As Well As Some Administrative Space. The Successful Proponent Will Be Required To Undertake A Wide Range Of Services, Including But Not Limited To The Following: Conceptual Design, Schematic Design (inclusive Of Space Planning), Detailed Design, Estimating, Tender Services, Contract Administration, Construction Inspection, Testing, Commissioning, Training And Project Closeout.
