General Definition of the Subject of the Public Contract The subject of the contract is the delivery of public lighting elements for the repair, reconstruction and optimization of public lighting and the replacement of public lighting masts in the city of Příbor, within the scope of this procurement documentation. Technical parameters As part of the performance of the public contract, deliveries and related construction work will be carried out for the reconstruction of public lighting in the city of Příbor, consisting in the design of a light-technical solution for lighting the traffic area according to the basis for lighting calculations, compliance with the limits for disturbing light, in delivery and correct and professional Assembly of Structural Elements of Public Lighting. The purpose of the reconstruction of public lighting is to reduce the energy demand of the public lighting system and to significantly reduce the future operating costs of the public lighting system related to malfunctions and damage to existing luminaires while simultaneously meeting the lighting technical parameters in accordance with the Čsn EN 13 201 standards (the required parameters of illumination or brightness must not To Be Exceeded By More Than 30%) And Čsn En 12 464-2 And Conditions of the Subsidy Provider. For this reason, the Contracting Authority established a Set of Minimum Light-Technical Parameters of the Supplied Led Luminaires for Public Lighting (see Appendix Zd No. 7 - Parameters Sv), which summarizes the requirements aimed at reducing energy consumption, ancillary operating costs for operation and maintenance, and ensuring the required qualitative parameters of Public Lighting. The order will be co-financed from the resources of the National Renewal Plan within the Subsidy Program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Due to the fact that one of the conditions for drawing subsidies is compliance with the calculated energy savings, the Participant must declare and prove the achievement of the required savings in his offer. Part of the Subject of Fulfillment is also the Performing of Lighting-Technical Calculations and Submission of the Required Documents According to the Exact Assignment to Document the Fulfillment of the Required Lighting-Technical Requirements of the Presented Technical Solution in the Participant's Offer. The Contracting Authority Requests From The Participant The Submission Of Technical Lighting Calculations Prepared According To The Requirements Of The Czech National Association For Outdoor Lighting, Proving The Fulfillment Of All Requirements. The Participant shall also document all light technical calculations in Pdf format created by the Dialux Evo program, which is freely downloadable, including photometry (eulumdat Ldt) and also the open source calculation in Dialux Evo format and detailed information about the offered luminaires in the form of supporting the necessary documentation for To Each Of The Offered Types Of Luminaires To Verify Their Electrical And Light-Technical Parameters. The Required Scope of Documentation for Each Type of Luminaire Offered is the Following: • Technical Data Sheet of the Luminaire, • Technical Data Sheet of the Power Supply (if the Detailed Data is Not Already Listed in the Technical Data Sheet of the Luminaire), • Lm80 Test Report of the Chip Installed in the Given Luminaire, • EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Certificate , • Enec, Enec+ Certificate Or a Set of Certificates According to En Iec 60598-1:2021, En 60598-1:2015, En Iec 60598-2-1:2021 And En 60598-2-3:2003 • Accredited Testing Laboratory Protocols About Test Results Protection Against Intrusion (ip) • Protocols of the Accredited Testing Laboratory on the Results of the Mechanical Resistance Test (ik) • Declaration of the Luminaire Manufacturer on the Fulfillment of the Parameters in the Scope of Annex No. 7 of the Tender Documentation.
