A traction unit with chassis and the structure of the vehicle, including the interior fittings, are required. The usage concept of the information vehicle envisages use to promote digital (assistance) technologies and offers for knowledge transfer in the digital field. The vehicle will be used primarily within the city of Kassel. In order to promote knowledge transfer and exchange between municipalities - as central components of the federal funding program for model projects for smart cities - ranges beyond the city limits must also be made possible. The vehicle should also be able to be used in the Kassel region. This also applies to demonstration purposes, e.g. at specialist events organized by the funding body within Germany.
