This Request For Quotations (the “rfq”) Is An Invitation By The City Of Kamloops (the “city”) To Prospective Respondents To Submit Non-binding Quotations For Liquid Calcium Chloride For De-icer And Dust Suppressant . Historically Approximately 306,520 Litres Of De-icer Are Used Per Year.  Supply And Apply Dust Suppressant Quantities Per Years Are Approximately 250,000 Litres And An Additional 50,000 For Supply Only For A Total Of 300,000 Litres Annually.  All Quantities Are Approximate And Are Subject To Change Without Notice Or Penalty. The Term Of The Contract Is To Be For A Period Of Three Years, With An Option In Favour Of The City To Extend The Contract On The Same Terms And Conditions For An Additional Term Of Up To Two Additional One Year Extensions.
