The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having at least Seven years' experience in providing Security Personnel to Government Departments/ PSUs/ Banks or any other organization. The experience criteria can be fulfilled by having completed works of similar nature in any Govt. Organizations / Govt. Undertaking Agencies during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - One similar completed work with deployment of Security Guards & Supervisors not less than 119 Nos. and amounting not less than Rs.437.89 Lakhs - OR Two similar completed works each with deployment of Security Guards & Supervisors not less than 74 Nos. and amounting not less than Rs.273.68 Lakhs - OR Three similar completed works each with deployment of Security Guards & Supervisors not less than 60 Nos. and amounting not less than Rs.218.94 Lakhs No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the value of works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the executed value of work in the year of completion at a simple rate of 7% per annum. In case of works completion certificate issued by organizations other than Govt./ Govt. undertaking agencies, 50% valuation will be considered. Additionally, the Average Audited (Annual) Turnover (Excluding GST and any other Taxes) during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the Cost Put to the Bid, i.e., ` 164.21 Lakhs. The cost put to the bid is ` 5,47,35,647.52 (excluding GST).
