The bidder is required to have prior work experience of having successfully completed works of similar nature in any Govt. Organizations / Govt. Undertaking Agencies during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience can be in the form of: - One similar completed work of costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 1,95,19,232.57 - Two similar completed works of each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 1,21,99,520.35 - Three similar completed works of each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the cost put to the bid (excluding GST), which is ` 97,59,616.28 In case of works completion certificate issued by organizations other than Govt./ Govt. undertaking agencies, 50% valuation will be considered. The value of works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the executed value of work in the year of completion at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have completed work of Operation, Maintenance & Repairs to PSC/MS minimum 1200 mm dia. & above pipeline work OR O&M of WTP with capacity not less than 100 MLD OR providing & laying of 1200 mm dia. & above MS pipeline with appurtenances.
