Once Complete, Combat Vehicle Manufacturers Would Be Able To Follow The Pcr Instructions To Produce Comparable Epds That The Goc Could Request To Meet Procurement Requirements. The Development Of A Pcr Involves Several Key Stages. First, The Goal And Scope Of The Pcr Are Defined With A Review Of Available Environmental Information On Combat Vehicles. Stakeholder Consultation Follows, Gathering Input From Combat Vehicle Manufacturers And Relevant Industry Associations To Identify Critical Environmental Aspects, Resulting In A Stakeholder Feedback Report. Subsequently, The Drafting Phase Formulates The Pcr Document With Precise Guidelines For Lcas, Generating An Initial Pcr Draft. Then, An Open Consultation With Interested Parties Invites Feedback On The Preliminary Pcr, Culminating In A Summary Report That Reflects Input From Interested Parties. The Program Operator Would Then Review And Integrate Feedback To Enhance The Pcr Document, And Produce A Refined And Improved Version.
