Additionally, the bidder should have experience in conducting Computer-Based exams and should meet the technical specifications mentioned in the tender. Also, the bidder should be a proprietorship firm / partnership firm / registered company under Companies Act 1956, engaged in the business of similar type of services, and should have been operational in India for at least 05 years as on date of submission of bids, with 50% relaxation applicable for MSE & Start-up Service Providers.
