Description: Contract notice - general guideline, standard regulation open procedure (services) General planning services for the extension of the all-day offer at the Hugo Buderus School in Hirzenhain General planning services for the planning and implementation of the new extension for the all-day offer ... Multi-general planning services for the extension of the all-day offer at the Hugo Buderus School in Hirzenhain General planning services for the planning and implementation of the new extension for the all-day offer at the Hugo Buderus School in Hirzenhain General planning services for the extension of the all-day offer at the Hugo Buderus School in Hirzenhain General planning services for an extension building at the Hugo Buderus School, primary school in the Wetterau district, An der Klostermauer 1, 63697 Hirzenhain The Hugo Buderus School in Hirzenhain requires additional rooms due to increasing student numbers, all-day/care rooms, specialist rooms, cafeteria, offices, toilets and the necessary traffic areas, Auxiliary and technical rooms. A barrier-free extension with an elevator system is planned. The aim of the functional new building at the elementary school is, in terms of quality, to build an ecological building that, among other things, offers a pleasant learning atmosphere even in the increasing summer heat without the installation of air conditioning. Furthermore, the management costs, particularly with the cost drivers cleaning, caretaker services, heat, electricity, maintenance (taking into account any damage caused by vandalism during school operations) and maintenance over the life cycle of the building (construction phase, use phase: 50 years, recycling phase), are to be reduced or minimized to the bare minimum. When planning and executing the project, economic efficiency must always be taken into account. A new building is to be planned in which access areas can be used as learning areas; "necessary corridors" as defined by the Hessian building regulations are to be dispensed with. The new extension is to be built as a compact, barrier-free building using solid construction. The new building is to be constructed as an efficiency building 55 or better according to the current building standard. To implement the measure, the following planning services are required, which are to be provided as part of the general planning services: -Architect: Object planning of buildings and interior spaces -Specialist planning: Wastewater, water and gas systems -Specialist planning: Heat supply systems -Specialist planning: Air conditioning systems -Specialist planning: Building and system automation -Specialist planning: Electrical systems -Specialist planning: Communication, security and information technology systems -Specialist planning: Conveyor systems (elevator) -Specialist planning: Building physics, thermal insulation and energy balancing -Specialist planning: Building physics, building acoustics -Specialist planning: Building physics, room acoustics -Specialist planning: Fire protection -Specialist planning: Structural planning -Specialist planning: Outdoor areas -Specialist planning: Engineering surveying Optional: - Expert for the preparation of a demolition and disposal concept - Expert for pollutant reports / pollutant register As part of the new building, the IT and electrical infrastructure is to be implemented in the extension building in accordance with the Digital Pact for Schools. The new building is to be connected to the school's existing technical systems and network infrastructure, such as electroacoustic loudspeaker systems (ela), fire alarm systems (bma), telephone, IT, etc. The new building may also have its own systems. In this case, status and fault messages must be connected to the existing building. The new building is to be connected to the existing building via fiber optic cable. It must also be checked whether an increase in performance or a new supply line dimensioning for the electrical connection to the existing building is required. The operational reliability of the server/technical rooms (heat generation of the devices) can be achieved using cooling if necessary. During the planning process, it must be checked whether and in what size a PV system can be planned in an economically viable manner. A holistic concept must be developed with the new and existing system technology. A heat pump with appropriately designed heating surfaces and/or radiant ceiling panels must be planned as the new technology. The new building is also to be integrated into the district heating line to be planned. The system technology in the existing main building consists of a 100 kW pellet heating system. It must be checked whether the new building can be connected to the existing building in a technically sensible way and what measures are required for a connection to the existing building. If the client considers a connection to be sensible in the course of Lph 1 and 2, this connection must also be planned. The existing building is not to be renovated. Only the re-zoning and minor conversion measures, in accordance with the attached plans, are to be implemented. The outdoor area in the area of the new building is to be restored after the measure, including access routes (e.g. for the fire brigade), plants, play equipment, lighting, drainage, possible car parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces. During the construction of the car parking spaces, it should be checked whether an e-charging station for cars can be installed. The project is to be planned within the client's budget (total expenditure required). Architectural designs that conflict with the "functional and compact construction" requirement are not desired. Materials are to be planned in a good standard (no high-end finish) in order to avoid unnecessary costs. Areas and costs: Usable area Nuf: Approx. 869 m² Gross floor area Bgf: Approx. 1,241 m² Estimated costs for the construction project: Kg 200 net: €126,000 Kg 300 net: €2,521,000 Kg 400 net: €1,555,000 Kg 500 net: €388,000 Total net: €4,590,000 Kg 410 incl.
