The Capital Regional District (crd), Hereinafter Referred To As The "crd”, Invites Proposals For The Services Of A Registered Professional Engineer With A Specialty In Geotechnical Science (soils) To Carry Out The Function Of A Professional Engineer As Required By Worksafebc’s Occupational Health And Safety Regulation Part 20 – Construction, Excavation And Demolitions, And Any Other Relevant Part Of The Regulation. The Work Will Be Assigned On An As And When, If Required, With No Guaranteed Of A Minimum Basis. The Contract Will Initially Be For A Two (2) Year Period With The Option To Extend The Contract For Three (3) Additional One (1) Year Periods Upon Mutual Agreement.
