Description Please Read The Following Completely And Carefully Paying Attention To All Requirements And Dates Cbc/radio-canada Is Seeking Proposals From Industry In Response To Its Request For Supply Arrangement (“rfsa) To Retain A Pool Of Vendors That Can Produce Special Ad Formats Within The Digital Ecosystem for Cbc/radio-canada. 1. Summary Of Required Goods/services: Cbc/radio-canada Is Requesting A Two (2) Year Firm Proposal With The Possibility To Extend For Three (3) Mandates Of One (1) Year Each. The Services Required Under This Rfsa Are For Suppliers That Can Provide Special Ad Formats Within The Digital Ecosystem Of Cbc / Radio-canada. Formats Capabilities Should Include But Not Limited To: Display, Video, Native And Social Media. Service Agreements (sa’s) Are Written Agreements Entered Into Between Cbc/radio-canada And Suppliers, Whose Intent Is To Establish A Framework With Qualified Suppliers To Permit The Expeditious Processing Of Legally Binding Contracts For Specific Services Through A Statement Of Work (sow). Sa’s Establish A Set Of Procurement Procedures And Include A Minimum Set Of Contract Terms And Conditions Applicable To Any Resulting Contract(s) Formed By An Executed Sow And Shall Be Submitted As A Purchase Order For Each Executed Sow Further Details Will Be Provided Only In The Rfsa Document. 2.
