Visueel Onderzoek Van De Rioolinfrastructuur. description: Deze Opdracht Is Een Opdracht Voor Diensten In De Zin Van Art. 2, 21° Wet Overheidsopdrachten. Deze Opdracht Is Een Raamovereenkomst. De Opdracht Is Opgedeeld In 2 Percelen. De Aanbestedende Overheid Plaatst Bestellingen In Functie Van Haar Behoeften. De Werkelijk Bestelde Hoeveelheden In De Inventaris Zijn Dan Ook Louter Indicatief En Dienen Enkel Voor De Vergelijking Van De Offertes Op Het Vlak Van De Prijs. Dit Is Dan Ook In Afwijking Van “aur Art. 148 Diensten Met Vaste Hoeveelheden Of Minimaal Te Verlenen Diensten”. Aangezien Bij De Opmaak Van Dit Bestek Nog Niet Alle Deelopdrachten Bekend Zijn, Garandeert De Aanbestedende Overheid Geen Minimum Bedrag Dat In Dit Contract Zal Worden Uitgevoerd. De Opdrachtgever Behoudt Zich Onverkort Het Recht Voor Om Bepaalde Posten Uit De Prijslijst Niet Toe Te Wijzen. Dit Kan Onder Geen Enkele Voorwaarde Aanleiding Geven Tot Schadevergoeding Ten Voordele Van De Inschrijver Of Wijziging Van Eenheidsprijzen. De Opdracht Omvat Onder Meer: De Opdracht Dient Voor De Visuele Controle Van De Riolering En Inspectieputten. Er Wordt Een Onderscheid Gemaakt Tussen Enerzijds (perceel 1) De Kleinere Rioleringen Die Met Hiervoor Bestemde Apparatuur Kunnen Geïnspecteerd Worden En Anderzijds (perceel 2) Grotere Kokers Die Geïnspecteerd Worden Door Personen Die Afdalen In De Riolering En De Kokers Van Binnenuit Inspecteren. Perceel 1 Omvat Ook De Inspecties Van De Rioolputten En De Inspectie Met De Zogenaamde Putvideo. Dit Laatste Is Een Onderzoeksmethode Om Zeer Snel Een Beeld Te Vormen Van De Toestand Van Een Rioleringsstelsel Zonder De Volledige Riolering (van Put Tot Put) Te Inspecteren. De Gezamenlijke Waarde Van Beide Percelen (4 Jaar, Exclusief Btw) Wordt Geraamd Op 330.000 Eur. Een Camera Die Met Een Vaste Geleiding In De Rioolput Neergelaten Wordt . • Visuele Inspectie Van Aansluitingen Op Riolen Vanuit Het Inwendige Van De Riolering Met Satellietcamera (laterale Inspectie) • Visueel Onderzoek Van De Riolering En De Aansluiting Van De Te Onderzoeken Leiding Met De Inspectieput Vanuit De Rioolput, Inspectieput Of Inspectieconstructie Vanaf Het Maaiveld D.m.v. Een Op Afstand Bediende Rioolinspectiecamera • Het Registreren En Coderen In Combinatie Met Alle Karakteriseringen, Kwantificeringen Detailinformatie Volgens De Nbn En 13508-2:2003 +a1:2011 En Zijn Nationale Voorwoord. • Het Opmaken En Afleveren Van De Rapportering • Het Voldoen Aan De Opgelegde Kwaliteits- En Veiligheidsvoorschriften.
