This has the advantage that the building can be heated without fossil fuels. The building heating load for the unrenovated old building including the new building was calculated at around 76 kW. Our planning envisages that the existing gas boiler will be eliminated and replaced by the heat pump. The heat pump we have planned can also supply the existing radiators in the old building without any problems. After the old building has been renovated, the heating load for the new building and the old building would be around 55 kW. The planned monovalent heat pump covers an output range of 50 - 78 kW and is therefore sufficiently dimensioned for the case (old building not renovated and later renovated). A heat meter is provided for the heat pump. The indoor unit is installed in the existing boiler room of the existing building. The outdoor unit is installed directly in front of the heating center; a corresponding fenced-in area is to be provided for it. The outdoor unit is positioned so that there is enough space for maintenance and repairs. The renovation of the pipes and the distributor (limited to the boiler room) is part of the measure. The existing electric hot water preparation in the existing building will be retained. All heating pipes outside the heating center and the existing radiators will also be retained. The control is to be carried out via the GLT. This is assessed in the Kg 480. In the existing building, the cables are laid below the floor ceiling to the ground floor. In the new building, the supply cables to the underfloor heating distributors are laid within the floor structure. All cables are made of stainless steel. The cables are laid in accordance with DIN 4108, and the thermal insulation is carried out in accordance with Geg.

Description: Restricted tender with public participation competition Vob/a High-voltage systems core 14 in building 150, Terminal 2, the stairwell core 14 is being rebuilt and modernized. Furthermore, the existing distribution rooms in core 14 on levels U4, U3, U1 and Z1 are being structurally separated into Av and Sv rooms. The new technical rooms are already there. In this context, the existing distributors (av, Sv and Usv, a total of 10) are being replaced and assigned to the corresponding rooms. The connected supply lines of the connected devices are being laid on the new distributors. For this purpose, the cables will be partially extended using sleeves and new cables to the locations of the new distributors (approx. 440 circuits, approx. 7,200m of new NYM cable). The existing supply lines of the distributors will be partially reused and rerouted (approx. 850m of new supply lines required). To supply the AV distributors, a new GHV distribution will be installed in core 14 on level U1, from which all AV distributors that are connected to the existing busbar will be supplied. An uninterrupted supply must be ensured and the decommissioning of the connections must be agreed with the respective user. In a previous project, the Sibel distributors including supply lines were already replaced and put into operation. The new distributors must partially be moved to a different location in the new SV room. For the duration of the renovation work, temporary arrangements must be made to operate the connected devices. The lighting in the new distribution rooms and their electrical connections will be renewed. In addition, the emergency lighting in the stairwells, elevator lobbies and technical rooms on levels U4 to E4 will be renewed and partially expanded (approx. 160 new emergency and escape sign lights).
