Multi-trenchless sewer rehabilitation in Rüsselsheim am Main - Dicker Busch 2 - Rehabilitation using repair and renovation methods The sewer system in the Dicker Busch 2 area of the city of Rüsselsheim am Main must be renovated. TV investigations have shown that there is damage in a large number of sections that requires immediate rehabilitation. In this measure, the damage is to be repaired using closed procedures. Work is planned using inlet connection, short liner and robot technology, manual/shaft rehabilitation and pipe lining measures. The DN 500 sections to be renovated along the Horlache are located immediately behind the Königstädten pumping station and are subjected to up to 150 L/s when the pumps are in operation in dry weather. A water retention system must be set up for the renovation of sections H01-H06 and shafts S01-S15. This is only in operation during the renovation work; at night and in rainy weather the flow must be released through the collector. The work must be coordinated so that the number of days the water is retained is kept as short as possible. For this purpose, the shaft renovations in this area should be given priority - ZB renovation S06-S09 during liner installation H01-H04. Section H01 runs under the BAB 60. There is a hidden intermediate shaft in the section that cannot be exposed. The section bends slightly in the shaft. The section is to be renovated in one go using a UV liner. Any additional work required will be compensated for in an additional charge. The appendix contains photographic documentation of the intermediate shaft. Some streets are heavily trafficked. Some streets have bus lines whose operations must not be restricted. The traffic safety measures and time restrictions specified in the appendix "Traffic Regulation Guidelines" must be observed and strictly adhered to. Renovation is to be carried out in 33 sections with a total length of approx. 1,270 m and in 46 shafts. A thorough cleaning is carried out in the network every year.
