Schiphol Nederland B V Tender
Automobiles and Auto Parts
Netherlands
Closing Date3 Feb 2025
Tender AmountEUR 41 Million (USD 42.1 Million)
Details: Title: Taxivervoer Vanaf De Schiphol Taxistandplaats
description: De Opdracht Heeft Betrekking Op Het (straattaxi) Vervoer Vanaf De Schiphol Taxistandplaats. Daar Komen Reizigers Die Naar Allerlei (vooraf Onbekende) Locaties Vervoerd Willen Worden. Reizigers Hebben Een Vrije Taxikeuze En Geven De Bestemming Door Aan De Taxichauffeurs Die Zij Aan Het Einde Van De Rit Zelf Betalen. De Schiphol Taxistandplaats Is Gesitueerd Op De Aankomstpassage En Heeft Een Lengte Van 70 Meter Op Eerste Baan Van De Aankomstpassage. Rectificatie 20-12-2024 / Toelichting: In De Initiele Aankondiging Is Het Bedrag Van Eur 1.032.000 Opgenomen. Dit Bedrag Is Gebaseerd Op De Concessievergoeding Voor De Initiele Looptijd, Dus 4 Jaar X 12 Maanden X Eur 21.500. Dit Is Uiteraard Niet De Geraamde Omzet Die Concessiehouders Gedurende De Volledige Looptijd Van De Overeenkomst Kunnen Behalen. De Geraamde Omzet Is Naar Snbv’s Beste Inschatting Als Volgt (per 2 Plekken): De Verwachting Is Dat Er In 2024 Ongeveer 800.000 Ritten Worden Gereden, Oftewel Ongeveer 114.000 Ritten Per Perceel (2 Halteerplekken). Snbv Kan Niet Voorspellen Hoe Het Aantal Ritten Zich Gedurende De Looptijd Van De Concessie Zal Ontwikkelen, Daarom Hanteert Snbv Dit Aantal Ritten Om De Geraamde Waarde Te Berekenen. Snbv Heeft Geen Inzicht In De Exacte Gemiddelde Ritafstand, Maar Weet Dat Het Overgrote Deel Van De Ritten Amsterdam Als Bestemming Heeft. Wij Gaan Daarom Uit Van Een Gemiddelde Ritafstand Van 15 Kilometer / 20 Minuten. Dit Komt Bij De Huidige Prijzen Overeen Met Een Gemiddelde Ritprijs Van Ongeveer Eur 60 Voor Een Sedan En Eur 65 Voor Een Busje (rekening Houdend Met Het Feit Dat Een Bus Niet Altijd Voor Het Bustarief Rijdt Omdat Er Minder Dan 5 Passagiers Worden Vervoerd). Gebaseerd Op Deze Aantallen Komen Wij Voor De Maximale Duur Van De Concessie (6 Jaar) Uit Op Een Geraamde Omzet (per Twee Plekken) Van: Sedan: Eur 41 Miljoen Busje: Eur 44,5 Miljoen Wij Willen Nogmaals Benadrukken Dat Aan Deze Geraamde Omzet Geen Enkele Rechten Kunnen Worden Ontleend. Zoals Hierboven Toegelicht Kan Snbv Immers Niet Goed Voorspellen Hoe De Taximarkt Zich Zal Ontwikkelen In De Komende Jaren En Bepalen Concessiehouders Zelf Welke Tarieven Zij Hanteren Binnen De Wettelijke Kaders. Omdat In De Aankondiging Niet De Geraamde Omzet Is Opgenomen, Heeft Snbv Besloten Dit Te Rectificeren. Dit Leidt Ertoe Dat Er Vanaf De Datum Van Rectificatie Een Nieuwe Termijn Gaat Lopen Van 40 Dagen. De Planning Zal Hier Op Worden Aangepast.
