Description: The tender here is for ecological construction supervision in accordance with the building permit. The planned construction of the building as well as access roads and parking spaces for vehicles will result in the loss of current vegetation areas. The plan calls for the areas to be secured by buildings and access roads on an area of 2,503 m². A total area of 1,651 m² remains for the compensation measures. The ecological construction supervision supports the local construction management/construction supervision in monitoring the correct implementation throughout the construction period. During the entire construction period, it monitors the execution of the construction project with regard to compliance with the approval documents, the execution plans, the specifications and the generally recognized rules of technology as well as environmental legislation. In addition, it ensures the professional implementation and success of the compensation measures (construction supervision of landscaping).
