The existing daycare center in the Heldenbergen district is becoming too small. The planned expansion of the town of Nidderau means that the range of daycare centers needs to be expanded. This need will be met by the planned new construction of the Kita Allee Mitte II. The new building is planned as a wedge-shaped, two-storey standard building, with the daycare center on the ground floor and 13 apartments on the upper floor. The total length of the complex is approximately 60.00 m x 25.00 m on average. The gross floor area ground floor + upper floor is approximately 2,586 m². The new building will be constructed as a two-storey solid structure without a basement.
