The BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg is currently building a research factory to research hybrid-electric and electric drive systems. In organizations that rely on a high level of agility, quality management must also be agile. As part of the TAF "transfer of agile manufacturing methods" project, a cross-sector concept for agile quality management is being developed and used in the research factory to test and implement the transfer concept. A quality management system in accordance with DIN EN 9100 is currently being set up for this purpose. An experienced consulting company or a quality manager with experience in consulting is being sought to advise and support the quality manager of the research factory. Certification in accordance with DIN EN 9100 requires, on the one hand, detailed knowledge of aviation approval, which is not yet fully available at the BTU CS. On the other hand, the agility of the TAF environment requires that a wide range of implementation options be considered and that an appropriate compromise be found for the operational TAF processes between the rigidity of a successful industrial operation and the necessary flexibility and transparency of a university. Maintaining the balance between these two poles is an essential prerequisite for achieving the TAF goals. This unusual task requires experienced advice and is therefore the subject of an external contract. This ex-ante publication is not a competition for participation, but merely preliminary information about an intended negotiated award. Ex-ante transparency announcement for an intended negotiated award without competition for participation This announcement serves exclusively to provide information and transparency about award procedures in accordance with Vv No. 3 to Section 55 of the LHO of the State of Brandenburg and does not include a competition for participation or an invitation to submit a tender. After the deadline for the services to be awarded has expired, we intend to conduct a negotiated procedure without competition for participation with three companies. No tender documents can be requested in this way.

The Physical Chemistry Department has been working for many years on a number of research topics that fall under the BTU profile line "Energy Transition and Decarbonization". The most important focal points are the recycling of lithium-ion batteries, the characterization and modification of battery materials, the development of new process steps for the circular economy for the recovery of strategically important materials and various aspects of silicon chemistry for photovoltaics and the extraction of ultrapure silicon. In order to continue successfully carrying out the planned demanding research work, the purchase of an IR microscope with dedicated performance parameters is essential. Please refer to the service description for further details.
