The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works with any Govt agencies/PSU/Municipal Corporation/local Govt bodies. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work in the last seven and current financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are 90% completed on the date of submission. The bidder shall submit copies of work orders for execution contracts with completion certificates along with its performance from Govt agencies/BRO/PSU/MC/Local Govt bodies in India. The format for listing these works includes details such as the name of the work, brief scope of work, name and address of the employer/client, accepted contract amount, dates of commencement and completion, and the cost of the completed work. Specifically, for eligibility, the bidder needs to provide a list of works completed or substantially completed in the last seven and current financial years. Works proving criteria of experience shall be highlighted, and a performance certificate from the client in respect of these works shall be submitted.
