The bidder is required to have prior work experience with a list of works completed or substantially completed in the last seven and current financial years, and ongoing works. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. Substantially completed works mean those works which are 90% completed. The bidder should submit a list of work executed in the past 7 years and copies of work orders for execution contracts with completion certificates. Works that prove the criteria of experience should be highlighted, and a performance certificate from the client should be submitted.
