This Building Is Equipped With A 562.5 Kva Caterpillar Emergency Diesel Generator At 600/347 Volts. The Emergency Generator Is Located In The Upper Mechanical Penthouse. The Emergency Generator Starts Automatically When Normal Power Is Interrupted Via An Engine controller With Voltage Sensing Equipment And Provides Emergency Power For Three Automatic Transfer Switches (two Located In The Ph, One Located In The P2 Level Electrical Room). The Emergency Generator Was Installed In 1984 With Roughly 23-2400 Hours Of Run Time And Is At The End Of Its Useful Life.

This Service Is For The Re-assessment Of Existing Legionella Bacteria Control Management Programs For Current Bgis Assets As An On-demand Service And The Creation Of New Lbcmpss As An On-demand Service For Any New Assets Added At Bgis' Discretion. No Actual Maintenance Or Testing Is Required As Part Of This Agreement. List Of Current Assets In Appendix A. Assets May Be Removed Or Added From This List At Bgis' Discretion.

The Existing Geared Machines Will Be Replaced With New Machines Of Gearless Type. Install A Pre-transfer Signal To The Elevator Controllers, Indicating Upcoming Transfer To Emergency Power With Time Delay.
