Replace Labels to Present the Correct Information and Correct Contradictions Between Nameplates. Replace Double 225a Panels With 400a, Or 600a Panels Where Possible To Take Future Needs Into Account. In the electrical room on level A, replace the Ppd-00a1 fuse panel with a new circuit breaker panel taking up less space than the existing one with smaller and stricter dimensions. The installation must be done so as not to conflict with the equipment installed on the back wall. In the electrical room on level A, the P-00a4 panel must be moved outside the electrical room as it conflicts with the wall and a magnetic starter. The New Location Will Be Near The Electrical Room. It is therefore necessary to relocate the wall, the door and the starter. The Contractor must carry out an Arc Flash Study at the end of the work and a Protection/Coordination Study of the Circuit Breakers.

Additionally, The Locker Room Will Have A Larger Entrance And The Office/hall Will Become Storage. The Equipment Room Will Lose 1 Entry, Which Will Maximize The Storage Space Within And The Men’s Wc Near The Back Entry Will Now Include A Urinal. -the Demolition Phase Will Include The Front Face Of The Building, Where Windows Will Be Enclosed And A Door Will Be Installed. A New Public Accessible Washroom Adjacent To The Main Entrance Will Be Included In The Space. Hoarding Must Be Placed Around The Existing Staff Sergeant And New General Admin Offices To Protect The Occupied Areas And Keep Distractions To A Minimum.
