.1 Work Of This Contract Comprises The Replacement Of The Existing Hvac System As Well As Building Automation System (bas) In The Bridgetown Building, Located At 552 Granville Street, Bridgetown, Ns, As Further Described Below. .2 Demolish Two (2) Interior Air Handling Units As Well As Associated Condensers. Demolish Oil-fired Furnace Air Handling Unit As Well As Associated Condenser And Oil Tank. Demolition Of Ductwork As Indicated. .3 Install New Pad-mounted Packaged Air Handling Unit Complete With New Ductwork, Bypass Boxes, Re-heat Coils Serving Office Areas. .4 Install New Interior Air Handling Unit And Associated Condensing Unit Serving Detention Area.
