As Well As Providing The Sequence Of Operations Of Each Of The Hvac And Mechanical Systems In The Building, As Applicable. To Develop The Required Sop, The Consultant Shall: 1. Review And Verify The Cmms Inventory Ensuring All Equipment Within The Building That Forms Part Of The Sop Is Captured, If Not The Consultant Is To Notify The Project Manager To Have A Cmms Completed And Submitted Updating The Overall Inventory List. 2. Use The Scope Of Work And The Study Checklist Provided By The Project Manager For Developing And Creating The Sop. 3. Take Into Account Csa Guideline Z204-94, Entitled Guideline For Managing Air Quality In Office Buildings, And Follow The Instructions' Requirements Per Section 2.24 Of Div Iii Of The Canadian Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.
