The New Rail Should Not Be As Existing Condition (wood Square Rails) As It Is Not Compliant T Accessibility Requirements. The Project Consists Of Replace And Install A New Handrail System On The Inside Handrail To Match The Wall Mounted Handrail In Profile, Material, Height, And Colour To Provide An Equal And Balanced System. The New Handrail Shall Be Continuous Throughout The Stairwell, With A Balustrade Design To Ensure The Safety Of Occupants.
