To Outsource Contact Center Services For The Bank To Cover Sme And Corporate Banking Requirements Through 2 Dedicated Agents Covering An 8 Hour Shift For Five Days A Week. The Objective Is For The Bank To Provide A Quality Customer Experience By Promptly Handling Customer Inquiries Or Requests And Proactively Following Up With The Customers On Their Requests And Other Requirements From The Bank.

The Security Company Shall Ensure That The Security Staff Including Any Additional Or Replacement Staff Provided Are Competent To Perform All The Duties Relevant Of The Security Skills. The Security Company Shall Be Responsible To Handle The Cctv And The Security Camera System Installed. The Security Company Will Liaise With The Ministry Of Interior As Well As The Civil Defense/ Fire Services, Etc. .in Case Of Necessity. Security Manuals, Procedures And Drills To Be Submitted By The Security Company For The Management. Contract Duration 3 Years.
