Asic Is Seeking To Establish A Standing Offer Arrangement (soa) With A Supplier Who Has The Necessary Skills And Capacity To Provide ‘stockbroking Services’ Required By Asic On An As-needed Basis. If A Conflict Of Interest Is Identified For A Particular Transaction, Asic Reserves The Right To Obtain Brokering Services Outside Of The Soa. The Stockbroking Services Will Involve Selling Securities On Behalf Of The Commonwealth Which Are For Sale By Asic Or On Behalf Of Asic.
