Telematic Negotiated Procedure for the awarding of the Urgent Supply, in a Single and Indivisible Lot, to be awarded with the Lowest Price Criterion, after verification of conformity, of Various Consumable Materials and Reagents for the use of the Seqstudio Sequencer required by the UOC of Medical Genetics of the Po di Venere di Bari (Annual Auction Base Euro 39,900.00 = VAT Excluded). It is recalled, as highlighted in the Invitation Letter, that any requests for additional information and/or clarifications on the Tender Documentation, in Italian, can be transmitted directly and exclusively through the Empulia Portal using the specific function "to send a question on the procedure click here" and must be received no later than the deadline indicated on the Portal. Therefore, requests for clarification received after the indicated deadline will not be accepted. Telephone clarifications are not permitted, specifying that requests for clarifications cannot be split. The competing company in this sense must, if necessary, send a single request containing all the requested clarifications. Finally, the competitor must register with the Fvoe service (the checks are mandatory as indicated in the current Procurement Code), by accessing the appropriate link on the ANAC portal (Reserved Access service - Fvoe) and indicating in the system the CIG relating to the aforementioned request. When carrying out checks regarding proof of possession of the general, technical-organizational and economic-financial requirements by the economic operator, the contracting authority will insert the request for access to the tender file in the Fvoe 2.0 section, in order to be able to carry out the ritual checks. The Economic Operator, in response to the request made by the Contracting Authority, must enter the aforementioned Fvoe 2.0 Section present on the ANAC website and authorize, within 3 days, the administration to be able to access the Virtual File. The Economic Operator is required to enter the Data and Information requested for the Proof of the Requirement in the Fvoe, if these are not already present in the File or are not already in the possession of the Contracting Authority and cannot be acquired by the latter ex officio. Nb: In consideration of recent requests for assistance from Economic Operators regarding the Fvoe, it is hereby communicated that this Contracting Authority will not provide any support and therefore Suppliers are invited to proceed with the mandatory completion independently (it is suggested to download the specific Manual dedicated to Suppliers)
