The project includes the construction of 35 new public senior housing units at Vestervej 11 in Hørning. The units will be built on 1-3 floors and surrounded by green, recreational common areas. The project is characterized by a strong architectural vision and will meet the Dgnb Gold certification. The unit sizes vary from 65 m² to 110 m², which creates flexibility in home design and resident composition. The units will be built with wood-clad facades at ground level, while the remaining floors will be clad with aluminum/steel cladding. Floor separations will be made of concrete elements with a screed floor and tiled floors. The roof construction is a traditional saddle roof clad with aluminum/steel sheets. No basements will be established under the buildings. The task is offered as a main contract, which includes all necessary services to complete the construction in accordance with the tender documents.
