After the deadline has expired (until November 18, 2024), we intend to award the services listed below in a restricted tender without competition. In this expression of interest, we expect the following information in advance: A) Presentation of your company, B) List of the average annual total turnover for the last 3 financial years C) Declaration of liability insurance, coverage of at least EUR 1 million for personal injury and EUR 1 million for property and financial damage. Alternatively, a confirmation from an insurance company can be submitted stating that such liability insurance will be taken out in the event of the order. The declaration or evidence must not have been issued before January 1, 2024. D) Evidence of 3 references for comparable services in the last 5 completed financial years, stating the project name, period, scope, client, contact person and telephone number, E) List of services to be awarded to subcontractors, F) Number of average workforce employed in the last 3 completed financial years, broken down by professional group, G) List of technical personnel intended for management and supervision. H) Self-declaration of reasons for exclusion in accordance with Sections 123 and 124 Gwb using form 4.1 and Section 19 (3) Milog, Section 21 (1) Aeentg and Section 21 Schwarbg, is requested by the awarding authority separately for each member of bidding consortiums. The existing telephone system in the Plessa office is to be replaced or a new one purchased.
