This Sources Sought Notice Is Issued Solely For Informational And Planning Purposes And Does Not Constitute A Solicitation. No Formal Solicitation Documents Exist At This Present Time. Responses To This Sources Sought Notice Will Be Utilized By The Government To Make Appropriate Acquisition Decisions. After Review Of The Responses To This Sources Sought Notice, A Solicitation Announcement May Be Published Via Sam.gov | Contract Opportunities. this Notice Constitutes Market Research For Records Management/archival Review, Arrangement, And Description Of Approximately 200 Cubic Feet Of Physical (paper Based) Records. Records May Include 8”x10” And 11”x14” Modern Standard Office Paper, As Well As Historical Documents On Onion Paper, Maps And Blueprints, And Photographs. The Records May Be Unorganized And Un-foldered. in Coordination With The Agency Records Manager, The Records Will Be Reviewed Against The Agency’s Records Schedule, As Well As The Federal General Records Schedule (grs), To Determine Permanence Versus Temporary Status. Those Which Are Determined To Be Permanent Per The Schedule Will Be Organized By Series, Re-foldered With New Labels, And Box And Folder Inventories Created In A Database. Those Which Are Temporary Records Will Be Separated And Their Disposition Schedule To Be Captured In A Separate Database. Temporary Records Will Be Prepared For Disposal. the Records Review Will Be Required To Be Conducted Onsite At Abmc Headquarters In Arlington, Va During Normal Business Hours. Records Cannot Be Moved Offsite.
