Armed Forces.  Established By Congress On March 4, 1923, Abmc Administers, Operates, And Maintains 26 Permanent American Burial Grounds Overseas, And 32 Separate Memorials, Monuments, And Markers, 4 Of Which Reside In The United States.  These Cemeteries And Memorials, Most Of Which Commemorate The Service And Sacrifice Of Americans Who Served In World War I And World Ii, Are Among The Most Beautiful And Meticulously Maintained Shrines In The World. to Fulfill Its Mission, Abmc Utilizes The Support Of Foreign Service National (fsn) Employees At Its Sites Around The World. The Agency Is Looking For Potential Sources Of A Commercial-off-the-shelf (cots) Software To Classify Those Fsn Positions. functional Requirements May Include: the Ability To Print Completed Classification Documents. the Ability To Create Additional Job Information Fields Required For Evaluations Undertaken By Abmc. updates To The Standard System-based Questionnaire To Reflect The Existing Questions And Options With The Abmc System. review And Adjust Factor Weighting And Scoring Where Necessary To Ensure That The System Produces Outcomes Consistent With The Former System.
