Supply Of 23 Class I Fully Electric Buses, In addition To A Maximum Of Further 16 Class I Fully Electric Buses, Requested In Supply On Option Exercisable At Asf's Discretion, All To Be Used For City Public Transport Service Of Como And Related Province, As Well As, Still As Contracting Station, Also On Behalf Of Fnma With Headquarters In Milan, Piazzale Cadorna No. 14, Tax Code And VAT No. 08162460151 For The Supply, On Option Exercisable At The Discretion Of The Fnma Same, Of Maximum 5 Class I Fully Electric Traction Buses To Be Used For The Line Service Of The Cities Of Como, Brescia, Varese And Related Provinces, And This With The Agreement Signed Between Asf And Fnma. The vehicles subject to supply, under penalty of exclusion, must compulsorily comply with: - the content and requirements of the funding sources (pnrr, Measure M2 C2 - 4.4. "renewal of green bus and train fleets" Sub-investment 4.4.1. " bus” And On The National Strategic Plan Of Sustainable Mobility) And In Any Case Of DmN 530/2021, Of Dm 175/2021 And Of Dgr Regione Lombardia 5359/2021 And Of Art. 47 of Legislative Decree 77/2021 Converted into Law No. 108/2021; - The technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the minimum environmental criteria referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 17 June 2021 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, published in the Official Gazette No. 157 of 2 July 2021 and the minimum social standards detailed in Annex 1 to the Decree Of the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory and the Sea of 6 June 2012 containing the "National Action Plan for the Environmental Sustainability of Public Administration Consumption" ("cam"). - The Principle of "do No Significant Harm (dnsh)" As per art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852; - The Technical Specifications And The Regulations Detailed In The Technical Specifications..
