The purpose of the procurement is to satisfy the municipality’s needs of Factory New Person Cars, Light Trucks, Transport Cars and Minibuses for Up to Eight (8) Passengers. The electronic method of procurement is a dynamic purchasing system where Suppliers are given the opportunity to apply for participation in the system. The number of candidates to participate in the system is not limited. The purpose of the purchasing system is to be able to track the market’s rapid development of environmental vehicles and to take advantage of the competition at the time of the bounce.
