Find The Opportunity Here: Https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/19548599 1- Description: The City Is Seeking To Pre-select A Supplier For Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Factory Testing, Delivery, And Supervision Of Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of A Loading Dock Which Consists Of Retractable Truck Connection Funnels, A Steel Support Frame, Mechanical Piping And Valves And A Vision-based Truck Alignment System At Shepard Biosolids Lagoons Site. 2- This Rfp Is Being Issued Prior To The General Contract For The Construction Of The Shepard Loading Dock Replacement Project. The Contract Between The City And The Supplier (the “contract”) Will Be Assigned And/or Novated To The Construction Contractor Selected For Shepard Loading Dock Replacement Project, Such That The Obligations Owed To The City Under The Contract Will, At The Relevant Times, Be Owed To The City’s Construction Contractor. 3- This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And, Will Not Create, A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations. 4- Agreement Term: The Agreement Will Be For An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years. The Agreement May Be Renewed As Follows: The Agreement May Renew: One (1) Time For Two (2) Years, If Based On The Needs Of The Project. It Is Determined Based On-going Technical Support And Or Maintenance And Repair Parts Are Needed.
