The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of work, supported by certificates issued by the client's organisation. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The required prior work experience includes details of work experience pertaining to "Additional Qualifying Criteria" as per NIT (if any). The bidder needs to provide information on similar works executed, including details such as name of work, type of work, name of client, date and number of completion certificate, and final/approved value of contract. The bidder also needs to provide details of work experience in JV (if any), including similar details. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a rate as shown in the multiplying factor table.
