Multi-engineering, planning and expert advisory services to accompany and monitor groundwater remediation on the property at Ringstrasse 51 in the area of the old town center of the municipality of Rödermark / Ober-roden A dry cleaning business was operated until the end of the 1980s. In 1997, increased levels of chlorinated hydrocarbons (CKW) were detected downstream on a neighboring property. The first environmental investigations of the site of the former cleaning plant were carried out in 1999, with the result that there were considerable levels of LHC contamination in the soil air and groundwater. Groundwater remediation has been carried out at the site since 2009. The soil contamination was remedied by drilling out the contaminated areas and the soil air was remedied by soil air extraction. The services advertised are essentially divided into the following sub-services: - Familiarization with the existing project and the project documents, - Plant inspection during remediation operations and safety inspections of the remediation facilities and testing of occupational safety, - Expert support and remediation management during normal operation, - Organization and support of groundwater sampling, - Project management, quality assurance and public relations, - Testing and documentation of the status of the measuring point, - Documentation services during normal operation and data management for groundwater managers, - Preparation and participation in the awarding of third-party services, such as analysis services and operating, maintenance and repair services for the remediation plant.
