The U.s. District Court, Northern District Of Mississippi Is Requesting Open Market Pricing Quotes For The Items Listed Detailed In The Furniture Specifications Listings Attached. The Basis Of Parts List/design Is Various Manufacturers’ Products. Basis Of Design Does Not Limit The Submission Of Technically Equivalent Items. Item Style, Grade, Size, Pattern, Color And Texture Of Alternates Must Match Specifications To Ensure The Design Intent Is Consistent. The Furniture Drawings Are Not A Complete Set And Only Include Locations That Have Items Pertinent To This Rfq. These Locations May Also Include Items From Multiple Basis Of Design Manufacturers. This Request For Quote Only Includes The Items Identified For This Basis Of Design. using The Designs And Furniture Listing Provided Herein, Email Your Quote No Later Than The Date And Time Specified Above. Late Quotes Will Not Be Considered Unless The Judiciary Determines, At Its Own Discretion, That Considering The Late Quote Is In The Judiciary’s Best Interest And Will Not Unduly Delay The Procurement. quotes Must Reference The Rfq Number Above. Quotes Must Be Good For 60 Days. Quotes Must Be Accompanied With Design Plans And 3d Renderings Which List All Components And Include Product Labels, Finish Selections And Product Warranties.
