The tender, which is being conducted as a public tender in accordance with the rules in Sections 56-57 of the Danish Public Procurement Act, concerns a framework agreement for the provision of strategic advice in connection with the planning and implementation of tenders for urban development areas and municipal areas in the Municipality of Aarhus. The framework agreement offered constitutes one of a total of 3 framework agreements for the same service. It is expected that the value of the framework agreements offered over a 4-year period will amount to DKK 8,000,000.00 excl. VAT, and that the maximum value of the framework agreements for the same 4-year period will amount to DKK 11,000,000.00 excl. VAT. The framework agreements are not exclusive, and the consultant is not guaranteed a minimum turnover on the framework agreement. The framework agreement expires without separate notice 3 years after signing the agreement, but Aarhus Municipality is entitled to extend the contract by up to 1 year, if Aarhus Municipality gives written notice thereof no later than 1 month before the end of the 3-year framework agreement. The framework agreement may, for example, include strategic advice for: • Urban strategic analyses and mapping of planning obligations for a given area • Implementation of processes involving stakeholders, including citizens • Preparation of visions and strategies for, among other things, urban life, urban space, buildings and sustainability • Preparation of development plans for major urban development projects, including physical, strategic and mobility planning • Preparation of studies showing possibilities for the development of areas, including in relation to Architecture, planning, calculation of areas and living areas, etc., which ensures that a project can be realized • Preparation of robustness analyses for buildings and calculation of areas and living areas, etc., which ensures that a project can be realized • Implementation of development plans/feasibility studies for specific requirements for architecture, quality, etc. in connection with the preparation of sales prospectus • Assistance during bid evaluation in connection with the sale of areas • Handling of interfaces between the sale and the construction maturity in connection with the realization

The tender comprises the following two framework agreements: Part 1: Framework agreement on the rental of passenger cars, minibuses and vans without drivers for official use to the Municipality of Aarhus. Part 2: Framework agreement on the rental of work vehicles without drivers for official use to the Municipality of Aarhus. Tenders may be submitted for one or both of the part agreements. A supplier may be awarded one or both of the part agreements. All vehicles must be freely available for collection and delivery within the Municipality of Aarhus.

Public Tender for Asphalt Works: Aarhus Municipality hereby offers contracts for asphalt works on the municipality's paths and roads in 2025, asphalt restorations and repairs for execution in 2026. It is the duty of every applicant/tenderer to familiarize themselves with the material at hand, as there may be changes. In general, the questions that have previously been submitted, and where it is found that the answers have not been incorporated into the new material, must be re-submitted if the answers are to be included as part of the current tender. The solution must be able to be used for tracking citizens and meet the requirements in the requirements specification. The supplier must also provide a tracking and administration system for the Municipality of Aarhus.
