WIPO sought Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriate translation suppliers who could potentially fulfill the requirements for the delivery of the on-going translation of PCT documents (patent abstracts, international search reports and patentability reports) from Korean to English, and very occasionally from English to Korean. Companies pre-qualified at the EOI stage were invited to participate in a Request for Proposal. Multiple Long Term Agreements have been awarded.

The services were structured in five deliverables as follows: • 1: Review of WIPO Reputation Model. • 2: Preparatory Work and Questionnaire Creation. • 3: Fieldwork. • 4: Data Analysis and Reporting on Main Findings and Conclusions. • 5: Management of the Feedback. One contract was awarded as a result of the ITB.
