WIPO sought proposals from appropriate providers of computer-based training on information security awareness (Lot 1) and ancillary materials (Lots 2 and 3). A long-term agreement has been awarded.

WIPO issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) n° CD /2019/291/ITB concerning the provision of Customer satisfaction and perception surveys. The services were structured in five deliverables as follows: • 1: Review of WIPO Reputation Model. • 2: Preparatory Work and Questionnaire Creation. • 3: Fieldwork. • 4: Data Analysis and Reporting on Main Findings and Conclusions. • 5: Management of the Feedback. One contract was awarded as a result of the ITB.

WIPO has selected the following companies to provide Digital Content Creation Services

WIPO sought proposals from appropriate service providers to offer an application security testing solution. A contract has been awarded.

WIPO sought Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriate translation suppliers who could potentially fulfill the requirements for the delivery of the on-going translation of PCT documents (patent abstracts, international search reports and patentability reports) from Korean to English, and very occasionally from English to Korean. Companies pre-qualified at the EOI stage were invited to participate in a Request for Proposal. Multiple Long Term Agreements have been awarded.

WIPO sought Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriate translation suppliers who could potentially fulfill the requirements for the delivery of the on-going translation of documents (mostly lists of Goods and Services indications featured in International Applications for the registration of trademarks and their further modifications) from one or more language combinations: French into English, French into Spanish, English into French, English into Spanish, Spanish into French, Spanish into English. Companies pre-qualified in the EOI stage were invited to participate in a Request for Proposal. Multiple Long Term Agreements were awarded.   

WIPO has awarded one contract for the provision of International Registered Mail Services.

This contract pertains to the provision of ICH solution covering the following scope; Designing and configuring the information classification and handling solution to suit WIPO’s business requirements and the Information Classification and Handling Policy; Testing the solution to confirm that the requirements have been appropriately met; Integration of the solution with key WIPO applications; Implementation of the solution into WIPO’s production environment. The product is expected to have post implementation support and maintenance; Creation/design and delivery of training and communication material on the deployed information classification and handling solution.
