Services Related to Public Parking-WICKLOW COUNTY COUNCIL invites tenders to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. In summary, the Services comprise:• Supply and maintenance of pay and display parking equipment,• Collection of cash from parking equipment,• Parking Warden services, and• Parking enforcement hardware and software.

Wicklow County Council required Traffic Management Services to facilitate the construction of active travel schemes on various Regional local Roads throughout Co Wicklow.

Wicklow County Council sought to establish Eight (8) Frameworks for the provision of consultancy services for various Type 2 (€500,00 - €5,000,00) and Type 3 (>€5,000,000) projects from 2022 to 2026. The 8 Lots are as follows: Lot 1 Architect Services for Type 2 Projects Lot 2 M&E Engineer Services for Type 2 Projects Lot 3 C&S Engineer Services for Type 2 Projects Lot 4 QS Services for Type 2 Projects Lot 5 Architect Services for Type 3 Projects Lot 6 M&E Engineer Services for Type 3 Projects Lot 7 C&S Engineer Services for Type 3 Projects Lot 8 QS Services for Type 3 Projects. Wicklow County Council may transfer the services of the above to various Design & Build Main Contractors during the life of these frameworks. The initial contracts are 10 Units at Ballynerrin Upper and 80 Units at Lott Lane, Kilcoole Co. Wicklow for Type 2 and Type 3 projects respectively.

Wicklow County Council: Multi-Party Framework Agreement for The Provision of Design & Build Dwelling Projects with Values between €500,000 and €5,000,000 (Type 2 Projects) Including Associated Works for Use by Wicklow, Kildare and Wexford County Councils. The Framework was established on Foot of An Initial Contract of the Design and Build of 10No. Dwellings Including Necessary Site Development Works at Ballynerrin, Ballyguile Road, Wicklow Town.
