WCC invites tenders from suitable, qualified, and experienced artists in visual arts and literature and/or companies, to deliver the Art Ability Programme. Art Ability is an inclusive participatory arts programme which celebrates the artistic and creative imagination of people who experience mental health and/or intellectual, physical or sensory disabilities. The programme delivers high quality arts experiences based on meaningful engagement between participant artists and professional artists and is underpinned by solid partnerships between Wexford County Council Arts Office, the HSE, and the Arts Council. Initiated in 2003, the programme works primarily in visual arts and literature and is delivered in a variety of venues throughout County Wexford.

Wexford County Council (WCC), on behalf of the Ancient Connections project, wish to appoint a creative events management company to provide a complete turnkey Event Management Service, for 2no. small to medium scale, free-to-the-public, outdoor/indoor events, for the project region and the communities of North Wexford (Ireland), specifically Ferns, Co. The project is to create, develop and incorporate a new experience 'Vykingar - Beyond Legend' into the Irish National Heritage Park to provide a unique visitor experience that is capable of attracting in excess of 150,000+ paying visitors annually. The services required for this appointment will include the following: • preparation of traffic & environmental assessments; • environmental reports – EIA & NIS; • collation of planning and foreshore applications; • preliminary design for traffic & marine works; • detailed design for traffic & marine works; • procurement for traffic & marine works; • construction management services for traffic & marine works; • handover.

Tourism & Related Services for Concept Development, Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Tendering and Construction Management Services for the Irish National Heritage Park & Vykingar Village Project The project is to create, develop and incorporate a new experience ‘Vykingar – Beyond Legend’ into the Irish National Heritage Park to provide a unique visitor experience that is capable of attracting in excess of 150,000+ paying visitors annually. The services requires for this appointment will include the following: o Development of an Interpretation & Audience Engagement Strategy; o Development of an INHP Master plan; o Development of the INHP & Vykingar Strategy & Concept Design; o Preliminary and detailed design services and preparation of tender packages for works and services; o Procurement of Works/Services; o Construction Management, Commissioning and Handover of the completed Works to the Client.

Wexford County Council (WCC) proposes to carry out dredging works in the vicinity of Crescent Quay Wexford. In addition, WCC requires the development of a dredging plan to maintain adequate depths of water, within Crescent Quay and the adjoining breakwater arm area of the harbour. Both Crescent Quay and the breakwater arm area have become significantly silted since 2001, limiting their use for maritime activates and taking from the overall attractiveness of the area. WCC is seeking consultancy services to design, obtain consent, tender and provide construction management services to dredge the Crescent and Breakwater basins and to put in place the required consents for a programme of routine maintenance dredging of this area.
