Housing Data Modelling-To support the West Yorkshire Combined Authority's ambitious climate emergency targets and improve energy efficiency of homes and alleviate fuel poverty through the provision of consultancy support to complete the phased evidenced based approach to domestic energy retrofit at local authority level to meet net-zero carbon by 2038, through provision of an energy efficiency model for Leeds and Kirklees.

Brownfield Housing Fund: Programme Evaluation-The CA wish to appoint a suitability qualified external consultant (or external consultancy agency) to evaluate the Brownfield Housing Fund Programme. This will be structured around an Interim Report and a Final Report both of which will be submitted electronically and include aspects of process, impact and value for money, alongside broader strategic aims and achievements. Alongside the electronic reports this commission will require a presentation on the completion of each report.
